Delivering Consistently

Bob and I attended a “Faces of the Web” panel at ITV Fest last Sunday. It featured the teams behind Ask A Ninja, Lonelygirl15, and “Nobody’s Watching.”

Each of them placed importance on two things — having a business plan in place for revenue and marketing AND doing whatever you can to produce consistently.
