Average Video View: 2.7 minutes

Lost Remote points us to a ComScore report that shows that the video “sweet spot” — or average video duration — is just 2.7 minutes.
I would assume that these numbers will skewing higher as time moves forward, and, more importantly, they skew higher for content that the viewer a) has subscribed to, or b) was referred to by a trusted source — be it a friend, co-worker, or content aggregator.
But for now, focus on 2.7 minutes.
