1) Vimeo looks to have a really nice browser interface, and the ability to push HD, good-looking video. I haven’t seen online video with this kind of visual quality since my early response to Hulu. There also seems to be some nice privacy features on the site, so it might work well for personal videos, but I can’t get a sense of the site’s community, so Vimeo may be a longshot for any “viral” activity.
2) Possessed is a heartbreaking look at four “hoarders” from the UK. The short film is amazing in its simplicity.
